Most of you probably know we did the Preds animations up til this year and I guess this is a natural step up and sideways from that.

the other board that many of us posted on had a thread like this where you could basically say whatever... it was mainly for socializing. i suppose we could have a "lounge" or some other such thread but if you want the "good" posters from NP to come here and post more this is a good way to make them(us) feel welcome...

everyone knows theres no hockey talk here so if thats all you want, just dont click it or put it on ignore...

I took Latin once, because my teacher was infamous for doing nothing. She was really short, large, and walked hunched over and she had straight, short hair. We called her The Enchanter.

It'll help you win trivia contests where they throw out the meaning of some long-forgotten latin phrase?

You can tell us what the heck some of these archaic sayings on our (american) money mean?

Because of the nature of the Latin we're learning it will have a minimal effect on my English. Otherwise it wouldn't be a problem for me.
I know most medical terms fairly well anyway and most are Greek.
