Go Stars, I hope Modano and Lehtinen score goals and Turco posts the shutout. This game is going to be hard to watch knowing it could be their last home games

From Heika...

Quote:
Stars coach Marc Crawford said 20-year-old defenseman Philip Larsen will make his NHL debut Thursday. The Stars also are expected to recall Aaron Gagnon and play him for a game or two.

Brenden Morrow (foot) skated and is listed as questionable for Thursday. He missed Tuesday's game.

I used to be a Stars fan. I sort of... stopped following them a few years ago. I don't even know why. I just stopped by to say that it's been great seeing Modano, Morrow, and Turco play. Amazing careers, I'm sure you'll miss them. I think I speak for a lot of hockey fans when I say so will I. Cheers, Stars fans!

This has always been one of my favorite Stars pics, thought I'd add it to the scrapbook:

Take a bow, Mike.

I have a question: if I went an hour early, do you think there will be any cheap seat tickets left? I really want to go, but I don't want to make an hour drive only to be turned down.

As much as everyone bash Mo, he still the best player that has ever played for the stars, and he will always be my favorite hockey player. He is gonna be missed greatly, I am sad to see him play his last game tonight, and I am sad on the day his number 9 will be hanging from the rafters, he is and always will be the greatest star to ever play in the NHL

I'd be almost positive that there would be seats left.

Yikes, the Ducks are serious about losing this one. Getzlaf, Niedermayer, Visnovsky, Selanne, Koivu, and Marchant are all going to be scratches, some healthy, some not.

This one has been causing me grief all week. There's a really good concert I want to see tonight but now that I know this is on FSSW, I can't be anywhere except TV-side.

Go Stars!

You don't want to win what might be Mo's and Jere's and Marty's last home game?

My thoughts exactly.

Great career, great player, great individual.

I'll miss him a lot.
