So HIO confirms that Halak is starting. So I guess Martin's win and you're in system is officially gone?

No, but what Halak fanboys were *****ing about at the start of the season is now going there way. Before, when the team put in a ****** performance in front of Price and he lost, Halak would play. Now, if Halak loses Pr-Halak plays. Though, before last game, Halak did have back-to-back shutouts.

If you can win in regulation, good, if you can't, which is probably the case, just get it to ot. I know you *****es aren't going to play hard, because you ****ing loser rarely do, mainly because you get outmuscled by EVERYONE.
Now go out there and prove me wrong and WIN!

After last loss to the Hurricanes, JM has stressed that we need to create more traffics in front of Cam Ward. If the players still can't get it, they don't deserve to play in the playoff. Don't let their goalie sees everything and makes all those easy saves.

Win and win convincingly. I want the last game of the season to be a relaxing one to watch! Well, relatively speaking, we are playing the Leafs.

Darche : out
Spacek : in

Damn... our 4th line was giving us a very solid input.

Pyatt - Lapierre – Darche > Pyatt – Lapierre – Bergeron

And, imo, Bergeron did a good job alongside Hamrlik: ~20 minutes per game, 2 points in 3 games, +4, team’s record of 2-0-1… Heck… against NYI, Bergeron and O’Byrne were our best Ds!

Spacek was almost a "healthy scratch" vs NYI... let’s hope he will play with a sense of urgency. On second thought, let’s also hope Cammalleri, Markov, Gomez, Pouliot and Hamrlik finally decide to raise their game up a notch! They all have been MIA recently.

Go Habs!

PS Maybe Martin intends, from time to time, to double shift someone on 4th alongside Pyatt and Lapierre?

hard to say. Halak was always given the benefit of the doubt in overtime losses. Halak still hasn't started after losing in regulation, although I suspect that it probably is given the back to back shutouts over the weekend.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure he did a few times, no?

It doesn't miss Metro per say, it misses a right handed shot

Is Maxim ''Lemieux'' Lapierre the solution?

I know you were being scarcastic but when you consider the only righties on the team are O'Byrne, Gionta and Lapierre you might not be far off....

actually lapierre will play a big role in this game. On paper I think the canes actually look great. Lappy's line is going to have to play a shutdown/energy/checking line role and likely will have to chip in a goal. Carolina is very capable of getting goals. They are as fast as us and their D is faster than our D. We'll have to play smart positionally and this is a game where I fear JM wil be going for OT which means sit back form the beginning. Usually I'd say Cammy will come out firing, but that bet has been wrong every game since he's been back. Gionta, Pleky, Jaro, just save us as usual. Moore is also sure to be awesome again.

GO HABS FRIGGIN GO!

I hope Spacek is 100%, cuz if he's not, he's not worth being put in there. He's played well recently, but only cuz he's been on his game. Playing intense sports after a flu leads to MAB-like....err...sorry no...Hammer-like Pylon efforts. Please someone give Roman some of that oxygen after each shift. He makes me feel tired just watching him.
