Wouldn't be surprised to see Toronto make a play for Ladd - big guy, and has some scoring ability (albeit somewhat unrealized.)

Just a gut feeling, and though I don't mind Ladd, I wouldn't give up anything of extreme value or consequence.

Because of our lack of C depth in system we wont be moving Bolland

I predict we will trade all 3 of Buff , Steeg and Sharp

Beach and Skille will be on our roster next season at opening and I bet we acquire a decent 2 way C for 3rd line while resigning Ladd to a short term deal

Beach-Toews-Kane
Brouwer-Bolland-Hossa
Ladd-?-Skille

That is what I think

I see a 2 yr deal at around 2 - 2.2 mil cap hit.

Very Possible

Just not sold on Bolland getting back to form with his back issues

I like Sharp better and would prefer him as our #2 C

Makes us real deep Down the middle

Beach-Toews-Kane
Brouwer-Sharp-Hossa (However you want the top 6 to look)
Ladd-Bolland-Skille
Bickell-Dowell-Kopecky

Glen Sather seems to be able to find Team B quite easily. Probably the naked pictures he has on the Canadian teams' GMs

Would Boston make a swap of Wideman to Edmonton for O'Sullivan?

I sure hope there are a lot of trades. I plan to be at the draft for the first time. The most interesting part, beyond my teams picking their players, are the trades!

I certainly would not expect the Habs to be big players, however if they can find a taker for either Hamrlik or Spacek's contract then i would expect them to make a move.

yeah this draft will have a lot of trades. rights will be traded, calgary will need a shake-up, flyers will look for a goalie, the hawks will dump salary..etc. it will be interesting for sure. and i think the islanders will be moving some peices too.

Not unless Briere and /or Hartnell gets moved. So probably next to impossible. Besides... Philly doesn't spend 5 million on goalies that are premier backstops, so what's the chances of them dealing for one that really hasn't outperformed Michael Leighton this year?

It should be a pretty interesting draft with the rumors of 2010 being relatively strong, 2011 being relatively weak, a few teams against the cap, and a couple teams with a boatload of picks.

Gonchar's rights could very well be on the table also.

Will someone just give Cory Schneider a shot in the NHL already!! i feel soo bad for this guy playing behind Luongo.

I also think Bieksa will be moved this summer along with posisbly Grabner

I agree with you!
Schneider to the Oilers for their 2nd round pick in 2011

I think if Dallas's ownership situation isn't cleared up by the draft, Richards and not Ribero could be moving.

Lets trade one of the best goalies outside the NHL for a 2 nd round pick in a horrible draft!

LOL

Oilers alraady have enough trouble in net without tossinf faith in an unproven goalie

I think Schneider traded at tne draft for either a proven d-man or packaged for a higher pick then the oilers second

Should be interesting for Tampa for sure. If they don't end up with a top 2 pick I can see them moving their first to either drop further down and collect some extra picks or using it in a package to bring in a young top 6 guy and some other pieces.

Stamkos, Hedman, St. Louis and Downie are honestly the only current roster players I see as safe. Anyone else could potentially be up for grabs. It should be a busy day in Tampa that's for sure.

Wouldn't that depend on what is offered in return? What if the Oil is tendered an offer they simply can't refuse?

That's true for any player though.
