Thanks for some verification, I'm glad he's sticking around. I'm going to predict a hatty for Comrie tonight!

I have two fant leagues riding on this game--I am a head in one stat by three goals in one and I am trailing in pp/sh point in the other

need to have Ryan, Temmu shut down and I need Comrie and Cogliano to get some special teams time

Still not a fan of the Comrie signing, but if we can move Nilsson+O'Sullivan+Cogliano out this summer, I'd resign him.

How can you not be a fan of the Comrie signing at this point? Aside from illness, he has had a great season. I think if he played a full season without illness, he could have come within the 30 goal mark, with good conditioning and consistent line mates.

Strudwick can't be an Oiler regular next year. A solid vet to be an AHL leader and injury call-up , fine, but he is simply not an NHL regular anymore. He isn't even a 7th D. Far too often he standing there while his man is scoring

Quinn said he was going to be alternating the both of them about 10 games ago no matter how each of them play

Wow has Chorney's game gone to crap or what? I really don't understand what's happened to this guys skating, at the start of the season I'd argue he was as good as Visnovsky, now I'm trying to decide who looks slower on that pairing: him or Strudwick...

At the signing and up till now, he's redundant on this roster. He's the best of the 4-5 redundant players we have though.

The Oilers haven't won back to back all season,so don't expect them to make a comeback in this game.

Trade / buy out O'Sullivan & Nilsson.... Then sign Comrie for just over a million on a one year contract to start the season. If one of the kids plays well enough to earn a spot, we lose Comrie on waivers. If not, he plays while the kids mature in the AHL.

Impossible to go wrong...

The only way I'd like to see him back is in a coaching capacity.

They changed recently of alternating between the two. If I was GM, I'd choose DD over JDD. JDD has had many games like this. JDD needs to be traded.
