I'd say Chara is up there as well. It'll be interesting to see what happens with Allison/Deader too.

Keith Aucoin, (II)
-AHL player, maybe, he had a good year

Garrett Burnett, (II)
-part-time enforcer, maybe, team might go for a player for suited for the NHL

Martin Gerber, (II)

Brian Gornick, (II)
-AHL player/prospect, probably will be

Mikael Holmqvist, (II)
-AHL player/prospect, showed some good stuff before injury, probably

Jason Krog, (II)
-I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't, that being said, he probably will be

Tony Martensson, (II)
-AHL player/prospect, probably will be

Andy McDonald, (II)
-Same situation as Jason Krog

Rob Niedermayer, (II)

Ruslan Salei, (II)

Petr Schastlivy, (II)
-yes, team hasn't seen enough of him yet

Jan Tabacek, (II)

Vitali Vishnevski, (II)

As for the Jason Arnott stuff, Anaheim was rumored to be looking at him a few times since they acquired Arnott and that was with Oates and Rucchin in the mix (although not with McDonald).
I think that if Arnott was a UFA, Anaheim would be interested. They need big bodies and Arnott's chemistry with Sykora would be good. Rucchin could be bumped down to a 3rd line centre (he did play like one this year, although he was suffering from nagging injuries). Pahlsson could be a fourth line centre, and then Anaheim would be able to roll their lines similar to what they did 2 seasons ago when Krog was playing so well.
Not ideal, but I think Murray would definitely have a look at Arnott.

Dude what are you talking about. There isnt any talk about Arnott not being qualified. Just a bunch of hopeful fans who this it would be smart to let him go.

only if they make under the league average. if a guy makes 2 million in 2003-04, he only needs to be qualified at 2 million...not 2.2

anyhow, the whole "boston is cheap and they won't pay gonchar" stuff isn't true. OC already said gonchar will be in the lineup next season, regardless of the arbitration outcome.

Deadmarh won't be qualified since he's stated that he plans on resting for another year and see what happenes.

Allison won't be qualified, not at $8 million atleast. If they work out a two way deal and he's healthy he will be kept though.
