Imagine Fox trying to promote Conan when his show starts at 11 in some markets but 12 in others and 11:30 in some others... it would be a disaster.

How would the Canadian viewers affect the Buffalo ratings?

The ratings systems of count both countries for border cities. If Canadian viewers watch, they get more $$$$. This is why Buffalo, Detroit and Seattle have their channels available on basic cable in Canada.

Officially? Not at all. But, the availability in millions of homes in Canada = a lot of advertising money from businesses trying to pull in cross border traffic.

It doesn't matter, Jay's demo is still worthless. The 1.0 rating Adult Swim pulls for Family Guy against Jay brings in craploads more cash than Leno's 3.5 rating.

I saw him in SF on Thursday night, not as many good guests as LA but it was still a hysterical show.

Going to see it tomorrow.......randomly decided to check on Ticketmaster this week for seats despite knowing the show sold out awhile ago. Ended up getting 11th row seats. Checked yesterday and seats were sold out again.

Conan will fade away much like the NHL's switch to Versus.

In an interview to air on "60 Minutes" this Sunday, the former "Tonight Show" host said he would not have handled this year's talk show imbroglio the way his former network-mate Jay Leno did.

"He went and took that show back," O'Brien said in an excerpt of the interview released by CBS on Thursday. "And I think in a similar situation, if roles had been reversed, I know-- I know me, I wouldn't have done that.

NBC to Conan O'Brien: Pants on Fire!

Network sources tell TMZ Conan was flat out wrong when he said NBC gave him the axe rather than Leno because Jay's buyout would have been bigger. Sources say the buyouts for Conan and Jay were roughly the same. TMZ broke the story Conan took home $32.5 million from his severance package with NBC.

Jay Leno Takes Shot at Conan O'Brien and, for the First Time, His Fans

Jay Leno: afraid to insult people directly, but not honorable enough to just avoid it altogether. During last night's monologue, Leno showed a fake Facebook page for the accused Times Square bomber. Under his favorite pages? "Team Coco." Video inside.

Conan's demographic

Wasn't Hanson on Jay Leno the other night?

It didn't happen to be a repeat from 1997, was it?

1997 was also the last time Leno was funny.
