I wish I had realized the market would be this soft for this game. I bought my ticket as soon as the schedule was announced and I realized I was off today. I could have gotten a better (even a lower level) seat.

Sorry I was in training all day....with the transfer that may take some time, probably you would barely make the beginning of the first...if you get interested in Game 2, check NJtransit.com and work it out.

My friend is on the train to newark, I'm waiting for it to get to my station, he says half the car is flyers fans. Leave it to the Devils to make prices jokingly cheap so away fans come to their games. And they wonder why people make fun of them (the fans). No true dedication from the fanbase.

I'm across from the Flyers bench right now - there's already a small clump of Flyers fans on the opposite side as close as they can get to the tunnel (since the tunnel is in the club area here, you can only go down to the glass by the end boards). I took my first ribbing walking down the platform at Newark Penn. Ah, playoffs - I love it.

The TSN commentators were talking about how they thought there were gonna be more Flyers fans in attendance than there was. But man, you guys that were there were loud. On TV you could clearly hear BOOOOSSH every time he touched the puck.

Hopefully more of you can make it to the game Friday and make it even better.

We had seats in the last row, 6 of us, so we stood the entire time since we obviously couldn't obstruct anyone's view.

A fan a few rows in front of us to the left get getting into arguments with a Devils fan where they both kept standing up. Apparently the Devils fan lost said argument because he poured his beer on him, promptly getting them both tossed.

I went up to the game last night, the Devils fans know three lines when trying to talk ****.
"1975",
"What happened to Lindros?",
Since I am 22, "Were you even alive yet when the Flyers won the cup?"

The thing they forget is that we won in 74 too.
The Lindros thing is ********; they still hang on to it.
Why does it matter if I was alive or not? If anything it makes them look like band wagon jumpers, I am still fan regardless of if they won a cup or not.

"scoreboard" would have been a pretty simple comeback for last nights game.

Well boo. Prices even went up since yesterday for tomorrow's game. I'm still going, but I'm definitely still waiting to get my tickets.

They most likely will. As we saw yesterday the tickets prices dropped rediculously the night before and the day of which I expect to see again. Looking at what some Devils fans are posting they believe it's the Devils themselves who are dropping the tickets on stubhub due to lack of season ticket holders buying the playoff tickets. Which could make sense.

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't drop that much though. It is a Friday game, so more people will probably be going, especially Flyers fans. Regardless, $59-60 for a playoff ticket is nothing to be pissed about.

Of course it was. The best is when they bring up the Yankees over the Phils.

So...officially, who else is going up tomorrow besides me? I'll be with a friend in 120, row 9. Black Pronger jersey. My brother and two of his friends are in 124, same row. I hope we dominate a few close sections -- for those of you who don't have tickets yet, try to scoop them up in around ours!

If you don't mind me asking...how much did you get yours for...I want to know how the market is looking.

Mine were about 60 pre-fees. About 67 after.

I didn't really think about waiting, but I'm not going to complain either way. I know I have the tickets now, it'll be my first playoff game, and they're still cheaper than my uncle's season tickets for regular season games at the Wach.

I'm going up with three friends, one of who is a Devils fan too. I'm going for the cheapos, so I'm waiting til tonight or tomorrow morning to get mine. Taking the train from Hamilton, but probably won't get there til about 5:45-6ish (Yikes). One of my friends works until 5, so it's gonna be close. I drove up there last year, and traffic in Newark is ****ing ridiculous. Not doing that again unless I have to.

If you guys have a preference for which side to sit on, the sections me and my brother in are also the end the Flyers attack twice. I know we probably won't have a caravan, but I'd love to just be threaded throughout a section and wreak some havoc.
