Please please please take this series. I can't take another loss to Pittsburgh while being in Pittsburgh. Way too many bandwagoners talking **** when they don't anything.

I'm looking forward to the series and think it'll be a long series. However, tonight, I think Pittsburgh will win easily, as the Sens, especially the youngsters, get off to a jittery start.

Hmm..I'm happy that Smith is in. I'd rather have Cheechoo in other than Winny/Shannon, but that's just me.

Totally agree.

Would be nice if that last line was Foligno-Smith-Cheechoo.

I've never understood the Shannon hate. I like him, personally. He's creative, deceptively quick and a solid team-player.

I wouldn't calll it hate. He has good speed, but cannot finish at all. At least Cheechoo drives to the net. In the playoffs, we need that, especially from the bottom lines.

Time difference between Taiwan and EDT is exactly 12 hours.

I generally don't wake up at 7am as I work afternoons/nights but will do my best to get up and hopefully find a stream of the game.

Question from Pit media guy to Sutton: "Has Bill Elliott showed you enough?" I should have asked Crosby if he trusts Mike Fleury.

LOL

So Lee, Donovan and Shannon are the healthy scratches... where does that leave the lineup?

Regin-Spezza-Alfredsson
Michalek-Fisher-Cullen
Ruutu-Kelly-Neil
Foligno-Smith-Winchester

I guess.

I absolutely cannot understand how Jesse Winchester plays more regularly than a guy like Donovan.

Isn't Donno hurt? I thought he looked really slow the last couple games he played a while back

Well there is a case to be made. Jesse's been running at about 56% on his faceoffs the past two years, which is pretty darn important for a 4th liner when you're playing on the road.

Aside from Cullen, isn't Shannon the only other guy with a cup ring?
Why wouldn't Clouston put him in, even on a grinder line, since he's one of the handful of kids with playoff experience?
