Really good read, I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time the Journal has written about the Kings. . . someone there is a fan.

Nice read.

But it was really weird to read about "Mr. Gretzky" and "Mr. LaBarbera" and "Mr. Scuderi."

I could only assume he was referring to "The Great One," "LOLbarbera," and "Scuds."

As for the NBA's Clippers, who also play at Staples, their fans "keep the seat warm between Lakers and Kings games," says Kings fan Scott Everts, a 39-year-old photographer.

Great article from a bizarre source. It's amazing what happens in the media when this team makes the playoffs.

Phoenix Coyotes goaltender Jason LaBarbera, who was traded to Vancouver from Los Angeles last season, says L.A. never felt like a hockey town. "It was great living there, but it just never felt like you were there to play hockey," Mr. LaBarbera told reporters after the trade.
That's because you never played hockey while you were here. Goodbye & good riddance.

And Phoenix is? LOL, funny quote by Labs who then turns around and signs as a free agent in the desert.
