Quick was a MONSTER. That cross-ice one-timer save was EPIC.

Drew looked right at home in this game. I suppose no surprise there.

I didn't think Fro looked good at all. Disappointing since we've all been waiting so long to see him in a playoff game.

Williams had a rough game, but I think he'll bounce back.

Canucks pressured Brown pretty well and limited his effectiveness.

Kopitar worked his ass of but nothing to show for it on the scoreboard.

Randy Jones: insert expletive here:____________________

You don't blame the ****** with the rifle for shooting into the crowd. You blame the idiot that gave him the gun. It's all on Terry.

Good night everyone.

One heck of a game ruined by one worthless defenseman.

Murray's voice is breaking up as if he used it... Weird.

Enjoyed watching your team play tonight. Good luck in game 2!

And what was up with those people in green in the crowd? And people think we are weird here in Cali...?

Drewiske isn't a viable option and that only leaves Harrold, and as much as it pains me to say it, Jones is more versatile.
To be fair, Drewiske was only given 4 games in a 2 month span to recover and not **** the bed after returning from injury.

Had he been given all the leeway and second chances Jones gets, I'm pretty confident the steady Drewiske would have returned. It's tough for a marginally experienced player returning from injury to know he has to play flawless or he'll be benched again.

And both Harrold and Drewiske are better options than Jones. Jones can't play defense and he hasn't scored a goal since January. I'm sick of hearing about his versatility.

Why does no media member ever have the balls to ask the real questions like "why is randy jones playing" Someone needs to ask that straight up and direct!!

But Jack played very well. He was our best defensive dman and aside from a couple miscues with Jones on the PP he filled his role fine offensively. Damn near won the game for us and simply dominated that OT. Seriously, wtf? Canadian analysts, Vancouver fans and everybody without a JJ agenda agree. Not saying you have an agenda, that's directed to that goof Loktionov.

Vancouver fans don't like the green idiots either. Well at least not those of us over 12 years old.

While Jones cost us the game with his stupidity, there's a bigger overall issue. The King's got dominated for most of this game. They couldn't really start a cycle in the offensive zone and thus had very few scoring chances. They allowed a ton of shots against and they won't win many games playing this way.

You better go watch it again, because that's EXACTLY what he did, and his stick was NOT tied up. I wouldn't go so far to blame Zeus for the loss though, because of all he's done for this team, and of how pathetic Jones is.

Yeah, Jones gave it away but to blame the loss solely on him is to ignore the bigger issue between these two teams.

Kings won't win this series if they keep giving up SOG like that. Their defense has to pick it up.
Other than that boneheaded giveaway at the end, Jones played a decent game.

Kopitar was invisible.

If you want to blame someone, blame Johnson. He was awful and took a timely penalty that cost the Kings. William salso had a horrible game.

On the positive side, Richardson and Greene were beasts, and Quick is back!

It is from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, a T.V. comedy (the greatest comedy on earth). They have been to many Canucks games this season and I think their tickets are comped by the Canucks now.

I watched it again and didn't see any celebration from him.

let's look at the positives, we were literally an inch away from winning this game, for a young team to go into a building like that and take the Canucks to OT is actually impressive, half of our guys have 0 playoff experience, Quicker is back on his game and I can see us coming out hard Saturday night, let's hope anyways.

I hope someone slips poison in Randy Jones' drink..

goodnight

IT IS A PLAYOFF GAME. Some games turn out like that and yet teams sometimes still come out on top, just like we almost did.
