halak made some nice saves but some goals were weak ( the o.t winner..), but they will go with him anyway

I'm a "Halakian" but Price must start game 3. Halak looked dopey in goal again and allowed himself to get rattled by crease-crashers. I agree with the other guy. Game 1 was then. Game three will be now. Price to start.

You can't be serious. We won a game and lost an overtime game with this lineup against the best team in the NHL, this lineup will play every game of the series.

You dense ? The game tying goal was weak. The ot winner was a ripped shot. The defense backed up which gave Backstrom that opportunity.

Did you even watch the game ?

i don't have any goalie preference, as long as he does the job, but i'd start Price.

You'll take the problem? That doesn't answer the question.

You start Price, fine. It's to give Halak a rest? Fine.

If Price shuts the door, do you play him again which would prove to Halak that it's not a rest and it was a way to find a solution to better goaltending, or do you play Halak telling Price "Hey it doesn't matter what you do, you're still not playing more then a game".

You want to create a hypothetical situation, be ready to answer the tough questions.

I think it would be stupidity to start Price. There's no need to panic. It's 1-1. I'd definitely have a short leash for the next game on Halak though.

It's just messing with the goalies to start flip-flopping unless the change is permanent. What if Price starts and does bad? Then what, go back to Halak and say, oh uh yeah you're the #1 guy...just had to test the other goalie first. Lol.

It will be Halak, but it should be Price.

Halak didn't do the job, let his team down and hasn't done well in the last 4-5 games.

I'm sorry, if you are blaming Halak on the OT goal, you are a dense individual....dense.

Halak starts, but is on a Theodore sized leash. No shame in playing Price. He's pretty good if I recall.

Bergeron hasn't been that bad. But he's playing too often. I would prefer to see him receive limited icetime on the PP and when we need a goal. And a few times on the D. Nothing more.

But he shouldn't be benched.

As for Price, yes he should start game 3.

I would wait until game 3 before putting price in. I was initially for putting price in game 3, but I also feel the fans in montreal will eat him alive. I say give halak one more chance...if he doesn't cut it, put price in!
