Heard on the radio that Niemi has the highest save percentage in the playoffs. Of course, Rinne is #2. I would like to see the Hawks put up 3 or more against Nashville tonight.

He went 5 periods against nashville without letting a puck get past him. One little slip up in the third period of the first game. Then he let one more in the net. He's way past that now!!! (I hope!)

man, Ladd on the first line again...how did everyone think he meshed with Toews and Hossa last game?

I have to say I'd rather have Sharp, Versteeg or Brouwer in that slot.

This is my thinking as well. Hossa is due as he has put in some really good shots on net, without success, but that can't last. I might change Kopecky to Kane, only because our 4th line hasn't been able to break the trap that well. I would love to see the Jedi Academy prove me wrong tonight, and pot a couple of goals.

Any Canadians know what the deal will be tonight? Red Wings are on TSN right before us, and I think the Flyers are on TSN2. It seems to me that the Red Wings game would have to finish exactly on time for us to see the start of our game.

3-1 is what I'm thinking for the score as well. Hossa gets on the board he is due.

Isn't much better in these damn States either, we get to watch the NHL basically hand the Pens their series against the Senators. [Insert a whole lot of curse words]

Lets go Hawks! I know my heart will be broken when the Sens go down 3-1 at the Scotia...If the game is over, why not switch to the Hawks/Preds? I know the first periods no one has had a goal that actually was put on the board (see what I did there?) but c'mon, if the Sens are down 4-1 or 3-1 even, they are a team pretty much built for sustaining leads not getting back in the game. I'm hoping Sutton or Volchenkov absolutely levels somebody tonight maybe it'll stir up some emotion and get this series back at level ground.

As for the 'Hawks tonight, I'm feeling good about the way we played the other night. Give or take a bad bounce in game one and this series could be 2-0 right now.

For the record, I've not been a fan of Ladd's game in the playoffs so far. He has looked pretty bad in the offensive zone.

[Edit] Things will be rockin' at the Gaylord tonight!

Hopefully this is the night Rinne's wall comes crumbling down. He can't keep up this play can he?

You are in EGV, right? The game will be seen in its entirety on CSN here!

I expect Brent Seabrook to have a great game on his birthday...5 blocked shots, 2 assists.

5-2 Hawks.

It looks like Sopel and Byfuglien have now been swapped. The following defensive pairings were just announced on Blackhawks Pregame Live:

7/2
4/33
6/5

Nashville will be without Hornqvist once again.
