Lappy and Carter (May 22: probable for Game 4 at Montreal), Boucher, etc.

I'd imagine Nodl for sure. My guess is that Asham is the other? Only other candidates are really Powe or MAYBE Carcillo? But we need Powe for the PK.

Gagne - Richards - Carter/Nodl/Powe
Hartnell - Briere - Leino
vanRiemsdyk - Giroux - Carter/Nodl/Powe
Nodl/Powe - Betts - Laperriere
EDIT: It's getting harder and harder not to pencil Nodl into Asham's spot next year.

Thanks, as much as it's a no-brainer to put Carter and Laperriere back in the line up. It must have been a tough decision for the Flyers coaching staff on who to pull out of the line up. IMO each of the players DUHockey9 listed has played pretty well so far.

If Carter and Laperriere both return, CSN (Comcast Philly) is saying that Carcillo and Nodl could be scratched.

Afleet Alex is lingering in the back of the pack.
Jeremy Rose has yet to make a move on him and he's running unstrongly.
Giacomo leads but...
Afleet Alex just ran right by Giacomo like he was standing still.
Afleet Alex is opening up with a tremendous burst of energy. He's five lengths in the lead.
A compelling outstanding performance by the plucky Afleet Alex. He won by six or seven lengths.

^It's pure speculation. Playoff poker.

From what I've gathered, Nodl and Carcillo are scratches. Carter will play RW along side Richards and Gagne. However that could change.

I've heard from other sources that it would be Asham and Powe.
I don't know what's going on.

That's why it is speculation. I wouldn't be surprised if it is intended confusion.

I'd really be shocked if it's Powe. With Gagne and Carter having broken feet they really won't be playing PK.

I'd scratch Asham & Nodl. Hopefully Carter's got the protectors on both feet.

That's why I didn't say anything before, particularly because Laperriere might not be ready for a full PK load, but it's looking more and more chaotic.
MSE might be right. It could be on purpose.

That's a shame for Asham. I felt like for game 4 if Lapierre even looked at him the wrong way he would murder him on the ice.

No way can Nodl can play on the 3rd line. Not sure what happened to him since he left St. Cloud, but his offensive game is completely non-existant, and you can't have someone like that playing playing with arguably our two most creative forwards.
If Nodl makes the team (I'm not in favor of him being more than a 13th forward) he's a 4th liner along side Betts and Lappy.

I like Asham, but as I watch him, it seems like he is doing a lot of floating and committing turnovers. For the line he is playing on, he can't be doing it.
As for Powe, everyone knows Powe isn't playing the game to score goals. He has never been a goal scorer. He's there's to stop the other team from scoring. It is why he's out with a minute left in the game. You need that kind of player.
