I would blame Frolov more than Quick.

He had the game on his hands, and he choked. I don't think he ever scores on breakaways.

But I really can't complain. Canucks played harder in the 3rd and won. That's that.

Are you seriously *****ing about Samuelsson's goal? That was a disgusting deflection.

The Nucks buried all of their prime scoring chances. We did not and our veterans played like ****.

The thing about Quick is, he doesn't make the big save in an important point in the hockey game. That's what separates the good from the elite.

I still think the Kings can win it in 6, but Quick needs to play a lot better. He can't give up a goal on every good chance. The Kings needed that one big save tonight and didn't get it.

Quick's best game was game 1 and he has been average ever since.

Quick has to make those stops.

We lost this game because Quick can't stop a shot that he saw all the way....

They gave it away.

Kings should know by now they cannot go into a shell. They have to keep the pressure up.

It would have been nice to be up 3-1. But maybe this is best for growth for this team. Earn it for 60 minutes.

This. That's what it comes down to in this game IMO. If I'm Murray, I make Frolov stay after practice and just run the breakaway over and over and over...

I agree, but if the Kings are the real deal, then they need to show it these next few games.

I don't hear any Canuck fans complaining about the refs tonight.

I guess that trip on Simmonds that led to the 4 on 2 break was "a-ok" in their eyes.

King gave way too much respect to a defence that doesn't deserve it. 15-20 ft in our zone....Get on it forwards! Pressure

I don't necessarily blame Quick for any of those goals but he needs to come up with "the big stop" every once in a while. Hell, even Randy Jones came up with a key save. Every single opportunity the Canucks had, they buried.

I honestly think that this game was just lost out of youth. I think this is were the Kings inexperience is showing because experienced playoff hockey teams find ways to win, they keep the intensity without giving up.

This shows how far Vancouver is, they didn't give up, they kept their game up and kept fighting.

Quick made zero big saves in the 3rd. He makes us watching at home so damn nervous with his unpredictable performance.
