Hey heres an idea!

How about we get rid of the wishy washy players we have been dealing with for the past 4+ years!

I just don't get how we hold onto such mediocre players like they are the franchise.

**** even Vanek is checked out half the time.

Disgrace. Clean house. Miller deserves more than this.

I'm sure enough there to dance on the ruins of Boston Playoffs Hopes in a series against Pittsburgh. Makes me a sore loser but then you know the feeling..

What's with all the Bruins fans posting here? we can't even vent in peace ? Honest question, do some Sabres fans constantly post in the Bruins threads?

I hate to be in the I told you so crowd but I told you so. For those of you who said the 50+ games this year where the Sabres could barely manage to even show up to the arena didn't matter because it was the regular season, it did matter. Old habits are hard to shake.
We didn't fight hard tonight? That was our most complete game. By the way, where have you been? I mean I haven't seen any of your posts.

All but Connolly showed up tonight. Honestly his days need to be numbered. I think we get rid of Stafford and Connolly and you might see a better team.

I really loved McCormick's game. Grier played a near flawless game. Too bad he messed up when it counted. Oh well. We really are missing Hecht and Vanek right now. The puck just bounced in the wrong places for us. Thats all. Great game from a hockey fan view.

Yes. And most of them never set cyber-foot in this forum.

you're not excited for Steve Montador to be our 2nd best defenseman next year?

I ....don't even know what to say to that. Miller had our entire board in fits. I...there's no words.

Bruins are without Seidenburg and Savard, and have found a way to be up 3-1. Give me the name of one Bruin that has had a bad series. Now give me the name of 5 sabres that have had a bad series. Their guys are stepping up, our guys aren't.

Can we please blow up the front office in the offseason? Regier is a ****ing disgrace. Grier is a lazy pile of garbage who glides into the corners and didn't feel the need to backcheck on the 2nd overtime goal. Connolly needs to be banished from the city. Kennedy is a total pansy who gets destroyed anytime he is met with any contact. The only people on this team worth keeping around for an extended period of time are Miller, Ennis, and Myers. The whole rest of the team can gtfo for all I care.

bruins fans are basking in their glory because they (like us) know they have no chance in the next round anyways and are getting their shots and bragging in while they can.

who cares, we know we suck, them reminding us doesnt change anything imo, let them rub it in.

i hope anyone going to the game on friday stands up and boo's those lazy stupid pieces of **** when they take the ice. (yes, im talking about the sabres).

leads in all 4 games, two of them by 2 goals, and down 3-1.. thats NOTHING to cheer for, and those *******s dont deserve an ounce of respect from the fans that back them all season.

I know he has some deep valleys in his game, but he's been our second best dman for quite some time now. Arguably our best in the playoffs.

Agreed 100%. They had that an an indoor (soccer) Provincials that I went to and it worked brilliantly. The more things they can do to make things black and white, the better.

Don't know how you could possibly have a problem with TK's game tonight.

Can we also point out how terrible Luongo has been this post season?

If the Olympics taught us anything about Ryan Miller it was that he can play amazing but he can not carry a team on his back.

You are right, but it doesn't contradict what I said.

Even with most of the team under-performing, they still came this close to winning.

I understand they have Savard and Seidenberg out, but only Savard could be considered one of their most important players.

Your two most important forwards being out is a huge hit.

Lucic is the first guy I thought of. He's been the Sabres best defensive forward on most shifts.

Seriously though, I agree. They have to find a way. And there is clearly no extra gear in Pominville's bag of tricks. I question Connolly as well. He's still clearly unwilling or unable to take a hit.
