OT: Tickets

Question for the local fans. How hard is it to get tickets for the playoff games at United Center??

And where might I be best advised to go to get them?

Thanks!

Try ticketmaster a day or two before the game. Otherwise you're going to pay out the ass.

You can't, sorry.

Unless you want tickets to the 3rd round.

It's not too bad compared to single game tickets due to the fact season ticket holders get them at a discount. I got single game lower bowl tix for $165 from the Hawks last Saturday, they were going for $200 on the exchange. Keep in mind that single game playoff tickets are already jacked up from the Hawks.

Nobody wants Preds tickets, check Ticket Exchange just before they cut off (2 hours before gametime).

Montreal fan

Well, I suppose we underestimated the popularity of hockey in Chicago. Damn.

We are 4 fans of the Blackhawks, living in Montreal, and we want to come to Chicago to see one of the games against the Canucks. Is it possible to get some cheap tickets online BEFORE driving 14 hours?

I saw some standing room cheap ticket available, does it worth recommendation? There's no such room in Bell Centre in Montreal, so we don't know what to expect about this.

Thank you for answering us!

P.S. Send some prayers for us in the 7th game against Washington.

It's not a room. It means you get to hang out at the bars on the 300 level and hope to see something. You're not going to find a cheap ticket unless you get it from ticketmaster. Good luck.

You can stand behind the railing of the 300 section also. I have a friend coming in for Saturday's game as well. Tickets are pretty nuts on the exchange right now.
