Just wanted to know who else here supports a once great franchise. I think we are on the right path and even though we had lost many good players this year mainly Nemirovsky, Ljamin, Nikitenko, Strbak, Platil, Simchuk, Upper, Ozolin and others, we also had gained some reinforcements: Kuljash, Homitsky, Eremenko (?), some other d-man from Nizhnekamsk may be I'm not familiar with him. Epachincev is staying!!!
With Bykov in charge I expect some good things this coming year.
it's all Bykov, the guy has so much charisma, and he won so much back in the day that players listen to him. Plus finally there's some money to spent, not on the Oligarchs level, but next ones up there!
So many good players joined the team this offseason, and Schastliviy will eventually be back too!!!
Anyone know the reason why Kosourov fell out of favor with Bykov? Didn't he call him up to the national team for some of the top-4 Euro tournaments...I sorta fell out of the loop with my grad school...
Artukhin signed up with CSKA, during the First Channel Cup, CSKA played a friendly with Ak Bars and beat them 4-2, one of the goals was scored by Artukhin whom I dislike, that's it....I don't like the fact that he singed with my favorite team. Is that more clear now?
My dad's been a CSKA fan since he was 11 and of course I naturally followed suite. Though I don't follow our hockey team much, I pretty much focus all my energy on the footy team
I will revive this a little - this year gonna be kinda tough, I guess newly acquired Sayustov (had a whoping 3 pts in 27 games for NN last season) and Mikhailov (had an ok season in MetKuz) won't offset all the losses at all levels that we had experienced.
