Gå Sverige gå!
I'll be wearing by Tre Kronor jersey tomorrow in support. It sucks cheering for Sweden in Canada.

From an Oilers perspective this game is going to be awesome (although it is incredibly unfortunate it overlaps game one of the Chicago-San Jose series)

Yeah for sure, sort of interesting for the Leafs. Got two Swedish players with high expectations next year, but I'm very interested to see MPS play.

I don't think Stamkos will play.

Quote:
While the 20-year old is anxious to return to action, he must first be cleared by team doctors before he is allowed to take the ice. He remains questionable for the game, however Canadian coach Craig MacTavish said he doesn't expect to have Stamkos in his lineup.
However, if he does end up playing, I imagine he'll take Ott's spot between Laich and Downie and bump Ott to the extra forward.

This one will be interesting for sure. Cheering for my Country, with MY team's goalie in the opposing net. I'm honestly happy with a win for either country. As much as I am very Canadian, I love the swedes.

You won't be disappointed by MSP. He's going to be an amazing hockey player once he gets over here.

I hope TSN2 replays this later in the day. I'll be at the Bulldogs-Stars game but want to watch the Oilers prospects in this game.

This will be tough for Sweden. I have a hard time seeing them win this one but if MPS has a good day, perhaps they have a chance .Hopefully it will be an entertaining, close game.

A good test for both teams before the QF. A wide open game. I think it will go to OT and maybe a SO. Sweden have always big trouble with Canada but hopefully Sweden can win this one.

I say 3-2 Sweden in OT. But its most a tip with the heart and not so much related to the strength on the ice.

The Sweden defense must be better, its a bit ironical, Sweden are full of potential future all star defense-men but the defense looks not solid at all. They must start think about defense and not to go deep in the other end of the ice, they have D on the backs and not F so the key against Canada are defense.

I'm hoping both defenses have a bad day and that both goalies have holes like swiss cheese today. I want to see some goals.

I think both teams have been lacklustre in their own end. Should be fairly high scoring. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say 6-5. Canada of course.

The defense has been shaky at times but my main concern is the offensive play. There's just too much dead weight there.
