When my friend first told me about the facebook integration in bnet I was really skeptical. I thought that anyone you add onto your bnet friendslist (anonymous internet 'friends') could easily find your facebook profile, which I don't like at all. However, if it works only in the reverse, where your facebook friends can automatically be added to your bnet friends, that's pretty cool.

An awful waste of time on Blizzard's part.
LAN? Chat rooms? Clan features?

**** NO! FACEBOOK!

Because all my friends that don't play Starcraft give a **** if I'm on a 4 game losing streak. I don't use facebook either way but even if I did it would stay far away from Starcraft.

That's a little bit of a generalization?

I really hope blizzard doesn't make it such that it posts SC2 related **** on your wall for everyone to see... that could be mildly embarrassing.

Actually they're implenting both Clan Features and Chat room once the game releases... The lan feature on the other we will never see.

The new Battle.Net is what delayed SC2 to begin with, but all Blizzard games are going to run through the same Battle.Net. So you can chat with friends on WoW while playing SC2, etc.
