Tomorrow may just be SINKO De mayo for the Flyers (not today)...vibe is not there with the team. All indications are that they've packed it in but as I mentioned in another thread....where there is a will there is a way...the united flyers way....

I won't be surprised if the offseason starts tomorrow. The only chance we win game 4, is if Bob is excellent for 60 minutes. If we win tonight and Bob is excellent in game 5 and win at home, things will be very interesting especially considering last year, you know Bruins players, radio, media, fans, the rest of the NHL will be all over them losing 2 years in a row to the same team when up 3-0.

Bottom line - just win tonight. Bob, it is up to you.

They have nothing left in the tank. It's over.
That being said, if they win tonight, the pressure is back on Boston

And Gagné came back in game 4, Krejci was injured by Richards in game 3.

This year... I don't know where the team can find this kind of momentuum switching.

Somebody knows if Pronger play tonight ?

this series is over fellas. The thought, however, of doing it 2 years in a row to the same team (even more gratifying it being Boston) gives me euphoria. There would be mass suicide going on

THe positivity in this thread from last year is pretty amazing. The negativity at the end of this thread is pretty disappointing. Have some phaith!

I don't know if Pronger is playing tonight, but it wouldn't surprise me if he does. You usually don't know there was a momentum shift until after it happens but Carter and Pronger coming back could be one as well as if Bob comes in and plays like he did at the beginning of the season. Only time will tell though.

Love the optimism but the Bruins are playing like the better team. If this team has any chance they need to play every shift like it is their last, because most likely it is.

Cartsie has the house on Sea Isle open and ready to go.

if bobs stops a lot of shots tonight, the game is ours
(is he the starter ? i haven't seen )

like I said, they don't need outstanding goaltending.........they need solid goaltending

(although they are down 3games to none. outstanding goaltending would be ideal )

Honestly that is the only chance at this point. Laviolette needs to drop guys back, forecheck one player, drop a box in the neutral zone, and slow it down. Problem is even with great goaltending the Bruins have been dominating play. The shots for/against is deceiving, quality of shots is different.

I'm not nearly as optimistic about them coming back as I was last year. However, I will say this just like I did last year. If this team does muster it up and come back from down 3-0, they will go to the finals.

Yep, The Bruins aren't exactly helping us by playing poorly. We need to score more goals and try to shut down the Krejci line. Monumental task at this point.

All they need to focus on right now is not getting swept. This team has too much talent to be swept, and they should have enough pride not to.

Avoid the sweep, go back to philly with some confidence and something to build on.

hahah love that someone found this from last year to dig up...funny I didnt see the date when I was reading this initially and was like wait Habs down 3 - 1? haha. Either way, good stuff.

We shall see. If they have their tail between their legs and their heads down like they did on Wednesday post-game, they ARE NOT coming back. Who knows - I just hope it's fun to watch and they give it every last drop they have in the tank.

We need to make sure Boston goes through 60 minutes of hell (or more) if they wanna advance to the ECF. Maybe even take a few of them down with us.

Last year I had faith, this year I am certain. Certain that this team cannot return from this deficit.
