haha, fitting title indeed. Nice win lads, I hate your team but I hate terrible refs more, so I'll be cheering for you this series, since the refs apparently love helping the Pens whenever possible.

Did you ignore the trip on Subban that led to PIT goal #1, and then the interference during the PK shortly before PIT goal #2 that should have ended the PP.

That is not counting the many other blatant penalties that weren't called committed by the Pens.

I'm shocked.. Cherry finally gets Halak's name correct and even defends the Habs on the attempted screw job from refs... Did he hit his head before going on the air tonight or something?

This has to be a joke. The nonstop Penguins/Crosby lovefest on CBC has reached absurd levels despite the fact that nobody has seen Crosby since game 1.

Great 2nd and 3rd period.

1st period not so much.

P.S. Halak didn't steal this game. He played good but didn't steal it. The reason we won is because the team woke up

Must suck to be a Flyers fan.

Sorry, man.
That's untrue. Gainey said he was looking for a top 6 forward for Halak. The 2nd round pick was a trade he refused.

I watched the same game where your penalty led to your GWG.

I think some of you need to read the rulebooks before making such a thread title. The Ref's have saved you.

"Pittsburgh Referees"... did you forget that we didnt even get a damn PP last game until the beginning of the 3rd period?
Fine. You're right. Remove the 3rd goal from the Habs for interference. Remove the 1st goal by the Pens for interference on Subban.

We still win 2-1.

Maybe the US feed edits out the Pitts penalties like they do the Iraq war news.

If you were watching the game you would have seen several instances where a Pitts player mugged, slashed, tripped, interfered and hog tied Canadiens players with no call what so ever.

I wish I could go into all the instances but 1) I don't have enough time 2) you're not worth my time anyways.

How does it feel having so much trouble against the worse team in the Playoffs?

Playing without their best defenseman, playing against the most biased officiating in sports, they showed character and purpose and pulled it out. Now no one EVER say again that this team is "soft". F--- Bettman and his refs, though.
