The shot of the stadium that they just showed was totally badass.

Soccer stadiums works so much better for these kinds of events than Baseball stadiums. This is fantastic.

I can't even get that far. I'm on my laptop and my Sopcast keeps crashing when I try to open it. When I try to download it again, it fails every time during installation.

US looks pretty tentative, but not really surprising. NOt a ton of offensive talent

You're welcome.

I hope Germany wins this match, just for the sake of the event. It would be a real damper if the Americans just walked in and won this 5-0 or 6-0. For this event to fulfill it's full purpose I think Germany needs to win, or at least come very, very close to winning.

This is an awesome atmosphere. Germans are getting 4 back on the Americans every time - with the lack of offensive talent the team has it's going to be very tough for the Americans to generate much on the forecheck. Also, I don't trust Clemmensen for one second in net.

He looked good there stopping Schutz. As much as I want Germany to win this game, Clemmensen is a competent goaltender, and I think he should serve the team well for the entirety of the tournament.

US forwards need to battle for the puck harder. They're losing a lot of battles on the boards
