Im getting an S19 and I dont know which curve I want.
I've used the iginla, sakic, zetterberg and ive used the samsonov/pronger which is similar to the lidstrom/getzlaf and i dont want the drury because its a round toe heel curve but what about the heatley and chara?
i think im leaning toward teh heatley because its a square toe on the bottom but i cant seem to get a good picture of it but id like to know if ayone has any experience with it. how does it shoot? the samsonov/pronger i had i would put everything off the glass plus i dont shoot clappers that much
anyone have any experience with it and know how it is?
I had a Heatley se16 and as far as the feeling of the stick and my experience with the blade, it was incredible. The stick as a whole is a piece of **** but the heatley pattern is great, especially on , say, an s17.
In your case, an s19 Heatley would be a dream.
If you have used an Iginla then the Heatley would be a smooth transition. I used an Iginla but unlike the guy above me I prefer a number 5 lie to a 5.5.
If you can channel only the good mojo that comes with having the Heatley name in your hands I think the world is at your fingertips.
