Top 5 players of torunament?

So hockeyfans, what is your top5 of 2010 WC players by their effort so far?

Mine:

1. Steve Stamkos (CAN)
2. Iljya Kovalchuk(RUS)
3. Juha-Matti Aaltonen (FIN)
4. Alexander Ovechkin (RUS)
5. Corey Perry (CAN)

Many can wonder whos Aaltonen, I really suggest to watch him play. What a dangler. Also won SM-League goal scoring 2010 with 3 other players, but hasnt score in this tournament yet. Age 24.

How can you seriously make a list without goalies and with Ovechkin who played the first game like an AHL'er, also I cannot imagine Perry in top 5 yet.

It seems like you have made the list with just picking the best NHL players and with one homer pick.

1a. Adresen
1b. Galbraithin

2. Endras
3. Stamkos
4. Weinhandl
5. Kovalchuk

It's hard to say which, if any, CAN players will be top 5, but I think Stamkos and Mason are most likely.

Jagr, Perry and Russel have all been downright dominant in every game I've seen. Stamkos and Kovalchuk will likely battle for the tourney MVP.

Obviously after 1-2 games, watch the scoring race and you pretty much got the answer.

Maybe I overrated Ovechkin, he really wasnt on hes level, but still shoot alot and show some energy. But since I have seen only Finland games and one Russian game, and some Ukraine - Belarus or something, those are the players i spotted. Stamkos was very good in that game, tought opponent was weak. The point as you can read was to tell your top 5 favorite players you've seen playing so far. Now when talking about this, that denmark guy who deked Vatanen could be one of my picks on the list too.

And how is Aaltonen pick wrong, hes been great? Just because hes Finnish? If he was danish or playing for germany then you'd pick him? And these are supposed to be everyones opinions anyway, not to everyone have the same list. Im sure people will list up some some good players, then you can just search some highlights of them thats idea.

Patrick Thoresen, 4 points after two games(vs. Sweden and Czech Republic). He is our best player so far.

As for tournament. Probably Jagr. His size helps him a lot.
