City Council Members:
Today you have a chance to start healing this mess that's been going on for far too long. Please do the right thing and vote to save our hockey team. We've proven that this team can draw the support it needs to be a financial success. Anybody that attended a game in the last month knows that. We just need those of you with the power to approve this thing to get it done. We are now the laughing stock of the USA and Canada. If we lose the team, you will not be able to do anything in your political career to be known as anything but part of the council that lost our hockey team. On the other hand, you can vote to move this forward and make it a distant memory in a few short weeks. Please do the latter and save our team.
