He looks a little bit bored ;-)
Not too many shots on his goal, but he is sharp, when needed.

Tough game for Endras. He had no chance on that goal and wasn't tested a lot after that. But just now some great work by him.

As I type this 3-1. Yeeeeeesssss!!!!!!!

i think kreutzer is pretty good today though. unlike ullmann who blows every chance he gets.

I like Ullmann's energy and skating though. If he could put the puck in the net on top of that, he would be our best forward. But his finishing is jut atrocious.

This group is just weird.

Denmark has been bad. Hope they will be 1000 x better in the 3rd.

i usually like ullmann, but today he's awful. a lot of misunderstandings with his linemates too. he looks so extremely nervous.

Germany has clearly been the better team in this match. It's easy to see that they have to win this one.

I hope we show something else in the 3rd, otherwise it's Germany's game.

Yeah, I think he wants to do too much and loses his focus. If he'd just play the same game he played against USA and FIN he would be just fine.

Yes, most teams will probably have scouts there looking at their European prospects who haven't come over yet and watching guys who they want as FA's.

Who has got the points so far? I'm at work and my computer won't open the summary on the IIHF site.

Oh I agree, Kreutzer is ok, but I still think Gawlik could have been a better addition for the team, a missing or at least underrepresented element to our game.
Personally I would have chosen Gawlik from the beginning, maybe instead of Barta, who just isn't as good as he was 2 years ago. With Goc, Schütz, Ullman and Hospelt we have 4 centers and Felski can play that too, if needed (yeah, not as good, but you can't have it all with our players)

But oh well, right know it seems to be working for Krupp (the first time since France 2006), so who am I to complain.

Wooohoo

I think it's really tough for a goalie to garner so much interest during one tournament. So I don't think anything would happen right away, but maybe some teams will take a closer look on him next season.

endras' biggest problem is size. the modern NHL is all about size in goal. but he's definately improving his chances.

but shouldn't you hope that he stays in augsburg one more year?

gawlik would for sure add something to this team, but i wonder how much was left in his tank. that's what likely cost greilinger his spot. the season was long.

for Augsburg he is our most important Player and I really like him. I'm afraid for the day when he signs with another Team. I enjoy every Game we have him.

but for him a person.... I think he wants to play in the NHL if they offer him a contract. When Greiss can be (future) #1b... Endras can be a solid BackUp. And who don't wants to play in the NHL if possible?

They just said Ehrhoff will join the team, and he is already on the plane to Germany.
