Stick Help

I am around 5'10" and 150 pounds and and my strength is average, so what flex should i get and what hockey sticks would u suggest for ball hockey

for flex id go with 85 unless you go with int which you could get a lower flex than that

I would say around 75 flex would be good.

75 flex, for the $100 range the Vapor X:40 is supposed to be pretty decent.

Ball hockey? you dont need a great stick for ball. Go for the Easton ABS or any good wood stick (assuming this is indoors ball hockey). Spend the money saved on a nice airy pair of gloves that will keep your hands cool

For ball hockey I used to just grab and ol stick and play, But the best way to go about it if you want to stick in the price range is just to buy a cheaper shaft, Maybe the Easton s5 or octane shaft, and just buy some ABS blades for it. If your playing on street, any stick you buy is gonna get scraped up and worn to ****, and instead of buying a brand new stick every time, its cheaper and easier just to switch blades out. And ABS will last longer in the wearing department also. But if your only playing indoor ball hockey it doesn't really matter what you use, But with this set up you could have an indoor blade and an outdoor blade system if you wished.

75 flex. It won't really matter though; you're not going to get much loading with a ball, not on skates.

Ball hockey? Don't have that around here much, but I'd guess the lightest, cheapest stick you can find. Probably going to do more flinging of the ball than anything else. Maybe a nice hook on it.

i currently have a wood and the blade got so bad like 5-6 games into the season
