Roman Hamrlík most delay of game penalties this season.

Nice website, it shows who had which type of penalties the most during the season. its more for fun than anything to really delve deep into.

http://www.ontheforecheck.com/2010/5...ive-nhl-awards

Roman Hamrlík leading NHL with 5 Delay of Game penalties, but not by much, 2nd is 4 penalties.

Playing the puck to the boards is an essential part of his game, his first pass is unexistant loll.

Roman Hamrlik leads the league in distribution of souvenirs to fans.

Most of those delay of games he gets are by batting the puck into the stands.

He's been part of our big, non-gritty, slow moving defensive squad that made the Habs suck all year. Only at least now Spacek and Gill are contributing.

Yeah sho what, he's also the reason we are in the playoffs with his play in the first half of the season. While Markov was injured, people were bowing down to this guy, now people find anything to bash him with.

He played his butt during the time. But that's the point, even in that short run he was average. Since then he's been catastrophic.

17 years of mediocrity would do that to a fanbase used to glory.

Say what you will about Hamr, if it wasn't for him stepping up when Markov went down and filling in the #1 role we may not have even made the playoffs. That penalty is a bastardization of what the intent of the penalty was meant to be and he's done it FIVE times! So what, it's the penalty with one of the smallest number of infractions on the list. I think Crosby's ELEVEN slashing penalites and Malkins 8 high sticking calls are far worse then 5 delay of game penalty's.

Jeeze, talk about a fickle bunch of fans you are!

I lol'd .

Perspective is everything.

I think he needs to work on his stick. I suggest a stick with a higher lie on it. I think he's hitting the puck with the toe of the stick too often.

If you see the good side about it, that's 4 pucks that a fan kept as a souvenir

Tootoo took 2 Diving calls this year (how appropriate) in just 51 games, edging him ahead in this battle ahead of Jon Sim, who also was whistled twice for Diving, but played more games for the Islanders (77).

At a team level, Washington and Dallas led the way with 3 diving calls each.
We tied those in just a playoff game against Washington... refs...
