How far could the Bruins move up in the draft by offering 15 AND 32 overall?

If I were the Bruins I wouldn't make this trade. At 15 you're going to get a play that could possibly be better than the 10th pick. I just depends. Unless they have someone they really want that they think might go earlier, then there is no reason to trade up a few spots and lose a good 2nd round pick. This draft is so deep, you are going to get some guys early in the 2nd round that could have potential of being the equivilent of guys drafted late in the 1st round last year.

Imagine Taylor Hall and Tyler Seguin
Edmonton is not going to trade their 1st over all and not get back this years 2nd. There is no way that Boston gets both picks. That is the same that there is no way that Edmonton is getting both picks.

I think Dallas would be willing to do that. At 15 they can still get Pysyk, Merrill or McIlrath. They need some more picks to add to a pretty depleted cupboard and that's a fair deal.

11 for 15 & 32. I don't think Dallas can afford to say no.

Tamb wants to acquire another top 10 pick, getting TO second could help him acquire just that.

The final cost was one pick from each of the second, third, fourth and sixth rounds to move from 26 to 12.
Probably some more perspective from the Islanders. They traded the 7th pick the year before for the 9th overal pick and 40th pick in the second round(basically a second rounder moved up 2 spots).

I'll third Dallas at 11. Unless Forbort is still on the board and they see him as a first pairing guy they'd be stupid not to do the deal. They might still be able to get Merrill at 15, and maybe a guy like Tinordi falls into the early 2nd. That would go a long way to rebuilding the prospect depth on defense.

four slots sounds about right for 15th and 32nd, with slight chance it might get you 10th. Once you come to 9th and above you have to start throwing in extra picks(and probably would as well for 10th).
