One game at a time.

I will not give up hope until the last second of our season runs out.

Believe.

Exactly. Guess who told the Red Sox their season was over when they were down 3-0 to the Yankees?

Everyone did.

I'll watch game #5 and cheer for the team.

Then get drunk to forget everything.

nice job Coldplay.. I was about to make this thread just now

Remember when we used to have fans who believed we could comeback against the bruins down 3-1? Haven't seen many tonight. Every game with the exception of game 3 could've went either way. The Caps are a bunch of arrogant players who get carried away, we can make them pay for it. Our team isnt the greatest on paper, but they have heart and theyre fighters!

One game at a time..
game 5= steal one in washington
game 6= bring the momentum back home
game 7= anything can happen

Puts a smile on my face after games like this to know there are others out there who believe.

I'l believe. There's no point in not believing, because Hockey isn't fun if you know you're going to lose.
Have faith in the team. Have faith in me.

I believe we can win, we out played them most of the series but let them get back into the game and out heads at the most crucial times.

We can win in their building, all we need to do is win one at home and win another in Washington, which I think we can do.

Awards:
When the B's were up 3-1 in their series against the Habs and headed towards the airport in Montreal, fans of the Habs were awaiting them with golf clubs and shouting that they would go down. All this while they were up 3 games to Montreal's 1.

If we could all believe then, we can all believe now. It's not over, not yet.

Nope, this series is over I am afraid to say. When you put a defence out there that consists of Bergeron, Hamrlik, Gill, O'Bryne and couple them with floaters like Pouliet, Lapierre,AK46 it is over.

Washington has shown the hockey world this series they're not champion material. Not even close. We've taken them to the edge and back, this series could easily be 3-1 for us right now.

Then get out of this thread.

And the rest of you who don't believe, stay out too.

Relatively speaking, the Habs are far weaker than that Red Sox team.

Definitely.

Steal a game for pride in DC.

Then we'll talk more

I definitely don't hate this team though...

If I don't see anything close to that, I hope we clear house and tell Martin to GTFO.

Besides their superior firepower, the Caps have a better goaltender in Varlamov than Raycroft. Just bear in mind that Théodore started games 1 and 2.

Whether we win or not, it's been fun to watch. The club is giving it their all and that's all we can ask for.

I wont even watch game 5, see a dwarf behind the bench for 60 minutes showing no emotion and just thinking in where hes going to spend his vacations? no thank you. and I cant stand for another game the torture of Bergeron and Hamrlik.

yep well said.. this series could easily be 3-1 us but its not, but we played a great series unlike what everybody and the media expected and don't expect us to go down without a fight.. all i ask is that there's a fight!
