OT: Cheap ISP + home phone

hello there im looking for the cheapest companies for both internet and phone. Is it better to have them from seperate companies? Don't suggest me bell and videotron as I think there is way better out there no? especiall for quality and price. What about Colba Net? Tekksavvy? I have heard great things from Acanac internet too ( cheap 1 year contract).

Thanks.

i use acanac and am pretty satisfied with what I get. They give you workarounds for throttling so your torrents can really fly.

Nice.

Last time I checked, it wasn't available in St-Vincent-de-Paul. Maybe because it's a ****hole.

Uniserve has a nice service, but for the record, I don't play online games.

Tek-Savvy is cheap and offers way better performance than Bell. Go for it.

Their service is closed on Sundays. The one day Bell ****ed up the DSL lines, it had to be closed.
