wow this is ridiculous to even think Georges Laraque has a chance here.
Larques with a baseball bat and a taser gun would still lose againt st-pierre with his hands tied behind his back. Honestly this is only for pure entertainment because st-pierre will do pretty much what he wants with laraque and luckily for laraque you cannot strike. We're talking about a grappling match between georges laraque(a though guy in the Nhl) and the #1 or #2 best pound for pound fighter alive in Gsp, the best wrestler in the UFC, a guy who decides wether or not his opponents will fight on their feet or on their back, the guy who is currently thinking about wether or not he wants to go to the london olympics in wrestling. I would put all my money, my car, my girlfriend, my soul that GSP will win if he fights seriously.
Honestly, i'm not even sure if i am exagerating here. The only man that i think would be able to bring GSP down would be Chuck Norris with a spinning back kick
Georges Laraque already got knocked out by the Edmonton Oilers strength coach back in the late 90s, early 00's in a set-up locker-room spar, the coach was atleast 40 at the time and a retired kick boxer, no taller then 5'10 and also has been battling cancer since the late 80s.
GSP is the welterweight champion of the world, the 2nd best pound 4 pound fighter on the planet. He fights 8 hours a day and 7 days a week. Everybody knows i'm a fan of BGL's fights, but this is a major mismatch.
They're not fighting for real though. That's why you never know.
Hal Gill proved size does matter in fights, but never know.
St. Pierre walks around at 195-196lbs at an insanely low fat% for a guy who's not doing bodybuilding competitions.

I don't think so. Laraque is incredibly strong, he had a 30inch vertical jump at 18 years old and 220lbs. The man is all fast twitch and probably would've had the talent to be in the NFL, like Byfuglien. I can't imagine what his squat, deadlift, press and bench press numbers are, probably the highest in the NHL, or close to it. He'd still get his ass kicked though.
