Hopefuly Kulemin never plays again for the nt,germany must thanks to him being leading.

Bykov is a crap coach and again he showed it by putting koshechkin at goalie ans sushinsky in Semin place!!!

Ovechkin is just another player on the ice.

God damnit Kulie, if you're gonna knock someone out, do it to the guy who isn't a Leafs prospect.

Very strange though, Kulie is not a dirty player. Most of his PIMs in the NHL are just interference calls due to him being stronger than the guy he's next to.

Well the Russians don't skate. Maybe they expect the Germans don't want to make the finals and will beat themselves.

Wrong assumption. The Germans lead and they are an opposition's nightmare when they lead.

russia is playing sloppy as usual just to score 2-3 goals in the 2nd and resting in the 3rd for the win.
as long as it works it's smart.

Look at the replay. It was nothing. No one would even look at that play in the NHL.

Relax, there's so much hockey left to play. Your team can still just walker over us, but don't expext the German team to relax and watch Russia play. Most (maybe all) are playing their most important game in their career.

Well it wasn't THAT dirty. Just another boarding that should be resulted in 2 mins penalty. However, Holzer didn't expect this at all and he was like Kapanen after hit by Tucker and refs awared Kulemin with 5+20 mainly by outcome of the hit, IMO.

Should had been fired after the olympics.

Is Ovechkin playing better than Semin?

Malkin, datsyuk and kovalchuk would have to make the difference.....

This Russian squad losing in a semifinal to this German side with their backup in goal would set a new standard for shockingly disappointing performances in ice hockey. The worst I've ever witnessed, at least.

Can't really tell how anyone's playing as most of the time was spent in Penalty Killing.
