Here's a question; would you guys want to play against Boogaard?

I would be thrilled to see Boogaard taking the ice at the X for a different team! Advantage Wild every shift he takes!

It is with my semi-professional opinion that the only teams who would even give Boogaard a glance will be Eastern Conference, so if anything we would see him at most twice in the year and possibly in a Stanley Cup Finals (don't laugh) if it came to that. Most GM's understand that guy cannot hold his own when it comes to actually playing hockey. He may lay the occasional badass hit or have a good fight, but for the most part he's on the ice an average of 4 minutes a game. Not exactly fear in my eyes.

See Edmonton. Boogaard has ran over a bunch of their players before and injured them (I remember when he took out I think 2-3 of their players).

Our team isn't exactly the toughest and is especially soft on the wings until Almond and Mc develop.

Except he DOESN'T play, at least enough to justify 1 million+ cap space. 222 games and counting??!!

That was what? Two years ago? Edmonton played with no fear of Boogieman this past season AT ALL. When Boogaard steps on the ice, the pressure almost instantly goes into the Wild's defensive zone.
