Good period other than about 2-3 minutes. Great intensity.

Not the result we wanted coming out of the first, but playing alright.

Fleyrs did a great job trapping in the second half of the first. Unless we can fins lanes with short passes, we won't be able to create much.

I recall seeing Hamrlik A LOT.

I also don't think MAB had a shift after his penalty.

They're playing a good game and staying out of the box. Not gonna be easy.

Friend told me that if the Flyers come out flat again in game 4, Habs will win in 6. I guess Laviolette felt the same way. His team was definitely ready.

Neither team wants to make a mistake. I hope we pick up the intensity though, we're the better team when the pace is hectic.

I thought Philly grabbed momentum for a long stretch after that PP opportunity they had but the Habs managed to re-stabilize things toward the end of the period.

They didn't really get any real scoring chances after the first 10 minutes though.

Need to start taking everything to the net again.

Forgot my obligatory good luck GDT post. Fortunately the game is tied.

Expect the unexpected.

It's pretty tight out there. We started very well but Philly looks more stable now. Let's hope we get one soon!

I don't like this.
Habs have troubles beating the trap.
We'll need the PP to produce.

MAB had 6 seconds of ice-time after his penalty.

Hate games where the Habs don't pot at least 1 in the first....means goals are going to be hard to come by.

But so did O'B, and he's playing well tonight. They should pop him out there more with Hammer and Gill.
