This'll be a close one, but I'm banking on Russia not taking us seriously enough that we'll take them by surprise

Kulemin is available?
I won't play him anyway aftar his dumb action today.
Semin will return to fedorov line, varlamov the goalie.
Sushinsky in kulemin place.
Datsyuk line will decide this again,i think varlamov can match vokoun.

Go get it Czechs. We all saw the games yesterday. They don't have what it takes. Just go get it.

Theoretically, Russia should take this easy. But knowing our emotionally unstable team and their dumb and lethargic ways, I say the Czechs have a good chance of winning this. I am preparing to cringe tomorrow.

We will try... but still Russia has the best team on paper here, there is no doubt about that.

Please win Czechs. Would be a huge upset if they did.

Pfff... the Russians just squeaked out a 2-1 game over Germany. If the Czechs play hard they can win this.

The Czechs are proof that us Canadians whine too much about not having our best players.

he said that many players refused the invitation of their national team, forget their heritage and the reason why they are now successful in the NHL.

So maybe Szymon Szemberg drew inspiration from him.

I am very much surprised by Czech squad. They do not have big names from NHL but have a young, quality team, capable to score and Vokoun in goal. That should be about enough to get the gold!

Its a bit funny to see Ovechkin's line being the '1st' by default, considering that the second is much better and gets more ice-time.
Don't quite get the logic when it comes to the D-pairings either.
Anyway, details schmetails. Russia will win and Gonch will get his first WC title. Team Russia really ought to win this one at least, no offense to the Czech team.

Got to wish the Czechs good luck with this one, would be a huge upset if they managed to beat the Russians with the on paper rather unimpressive squad they got to this tournament.

Is Kulemin suspended after his game misconduct?
