I'll have AC tonight

Woohoo

I'll finally be able to sleep; the last few days I have been running on caffeine

My room is freezing...it used to be a garage but now the AC does not go all the way up to the other rooms, so I had to put Tape on the AC exits so that I don't die of hypothermia...all this and the rooms upstairs are still a frigging sauna

Are you?

And what would be Environment Canada's policy on employees representing the company (even though public) on a message board?

Just a heads up, it's usually a mega no-no everywhere.

I visited my parents in Algeria last summer (Draria)

40-46 degrees for 3 weeks

Fun fact: in Algeria, it's almost impossible to find AC's that are less than 9000 BTU

Nice; Oran is beautiful

But I did go the beach almost every day. Draria is like 10 minutes from Sidi-Fredj by car

I agree

Sidi Fredj was a pain the a**, too overcrowded

At some point I would go there around 4-5 pm, when most people had left

I know! I finally installed it in our bedroom for my g/f yesterday (I don't like the constant noise of the A/C when I try to fall asleep so I delayed it as much as I could.. but she was starting to be noisier LOL!) and now we don't even need it anymore... ah well

I have a gazzillion people waiting to be my friends that I just never accepted.

The list of the ones I did not reject yet is at 37 now...

On a day like today, it's worth all the skimming, vacuuming, clean up you have to do.

It's almost 6:30pm and it's still close to 30C right now.

No matter how dirty your pool is, it doesn't beat finding a dead squirrel in your cousin's pool. Couldn't believe it when I saw it.
