If your a manager on these forums, GET A ****ING CLUE! Your employees have not done one single ****ing thing since lunch. The longer you wait, the longer they are going to yank it and do no work for your worthless ass. Die you mother ****ers die.

EDIT: Also, im a ****ing SALES REP. If theres no one in their offices, who the **** do you want me to sell to?
Our supervisor for our office needed someone to go to a meeting to represent our office. Our supervisor was supposed to go but took off. His right hand man was out. So one of our team leads went (Supervisor should have gone, that's right, 3 levels down went to represent our office). He gets there, one person shows in 20 minutes, they shoot the **** for another 20 and leave. Mind you this is a meeting that had the notice sent out YESTERDAY at 3PM. Essentially every one took off.

Maybe 25% of the 80 or so people in my office were in today. We have a schedule called SDO (Scheduled Day Off) where every pay period (2 weeks) you can work eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day, then take the last day off. Well, on top of it being Memorial Day weekend, it's also SDO Friday. No one was in the office and I got jack **** done today. Our boss doesn't allow us to do SDO, for stupid reasons, so no one there mixed with the fact that I should be there left me with zero motivation.

Haha, first thing I thought of was the ginger comments.

The second bold is no doubt a Harv post.

I know, but neither is KG. Plus, I mean, Parish went up and threw a few punches at Laimbeer from behind, so it's funny to me that they get their noses out of joint about a couple elbows.

It's like the Tom Brady injury in 2008, Pats fans are still crying for Bernard Pollard's head while completely ignoring that Rodney Harrison played for them for 6 years, sometimes you just have to chuckle.

I came across a show on ESPN, a moderator (ahem!) in the middle. A person to her left and to her right. Topic: which is better so far, the NHL or NBA playoffs. The supporter of the NHL said "The NHL... the Finals will be between two Original Six teams..." More reason why I limit my viewing of ESPN.

They probably think Detroit and Pittsburgh are playing this year too.

Note the word "Analyst." And note that it isn't the word "Expert."

My brother just sent me a text he got saying the Winter Classic for next year is the Pens and Caps at Heinz field.

Haven't seen it posted elsewhere, just figured to pass it along.

Bettman is already whacking off at the thought of an Ovechkin/Crosby Winter Classic. So much for Rangers/Devils.

Bettman announced it himself a few hours ago.

Montreal and Calgary have a Heritage game outside in Feb also. Forget who is hosting.

I told my friend NBC is going to explode because they won't know whose junk to lick all broadcast.

Might not be NBC since the TV contracts are up.

Calgary hosts.

Quote:
CALGARY -- Will the Stampeders' touchdown horse gallop from one end of McMahon Stadium to the other in celebration of a Flames goal in February?

"I think that's a perfect question to put on a long list of questions," Flames president Ken King said with a laugh after the NHL's announcement Friday that Calgary will host one of the next two outdoor games.

Subject to approval by the NHL's competition committee in June, the Flames and the Montreal Canadiens will play the Heritage Classic on Feb. 20, 2011, at McMahon, which is the home of the CFL's Stampeders.

The Pittsburgh Penguins host the Washington Capitals at Heinz Field on Jan. 1 in the Winter Classic.

Not since the 1988 Winter Olympics has 35,650-seat McMahon Stadium held a February event. That was also the last time an ice surface was installed on the field.

McMahon was the site of the frigid opening ceremonies Feb. 13 and the closing Feb. 28, when the mercury hit a high of plus-9.

What the weather will be for the game could add considerable drama to it. The city of one million people at the foot of the Rocky Mountains is notorious for wild winter climate swings when snowstorms and warm chinook winds blow in from the west, sometimes on the same day.

Yeah, and I think it's a ****ing joke. Sometimes I hate the NHL.

BTW - a friend sent me this. I'm not a big fan of rap, and normally I'd say it doesn't belong anywhere near hockey..but it isn't bad.

The Caps are also supposed to get an outdoor one in 2 or 3 years as well.

If you haven't seen it yet, the NHL is currently running a public vote on the Goal of the Year. The good thing is, Crosby has already been eliminated. Unfortunately the Flyers are being victimized on Parise's bid. However, I doubt he stands a chance against Perron.

Anyways, Richie's also in the running matched up against Peter Regin, though I'm not sure which goal by Richie that is supposed to be. The matchup is probably up for vote on June 1st.

That was a nice goal by Parise, but a better pass from Elias. Perron's was just plain ridiculous.

Richie's is a goal vs Montreal, so I'd bet it's "The Shift".
