You have more motivation to find tiny dancing girls when you are out on the town. Well that or peer pressure.

That's the only thing there is to do up there. But I don't mean that as a bad thing.

I'd probably never do that. However, if I did live in the city I'd probably ditch my car and ride a bike where ever I could. Driving a car in the city isn't all great. I made the mistake of driving up to NYC one night to go to a show, bad choice.

I'd like to add, if you ride your bike in Philly in July, well then I salute you. I wouldn't be able to do that, ever.

Well, I missed game 1 because of work. I already know that I will miss game 3 because of work and in addition to that, the internet didn't work this morning which I can only guess is because a tree took out the phone line during yesterdays storm. I can only hope that it's fixed until tonight so I can at least watch game 2.

****. My. Life.

Fire Holmgren, thanks for the heads up on the Bullies/YouTube. My parents came up to visit on premiere night, so I had someone else use my tix.

no problem I stumbled upon it by accident when someone put up a Bobby Clarke youtube referance in the why the hate for the Flyers thread.
I watched it twice. awesome stuff.

Cake Boss is a fun show in the sense that the cakes are amazing but the people in that show are incredibly corny. That stupid "relate everything Italian to guidoism" mentality is incredibly gay.

I can't stand that guy. I'd much rather watch Ace of Cakes anytime - at least Duff is highly cool AND wears hockey jerseys a lot!

is it possible for one guy to quietly win 10 games by June 1?
Ubaldo Jiménez is 10-1 with a 0.78 ERA. Insanity.

In a story straight out of a horror movie, MMA fighter Jarrod Wyatt cut the heart out of his training partner Taylor Powell.

Mixed martial arts fighter Jarrod Wyatt, 26, was reportedly under the influence of psychedelic drugs when witnesses said he and his sparring partner, Taylor Powell, became preoccupied with the notion that the end of the world was near and that there would be a final struggle between God and the devil

Del Norte County Police Sgt. Elwood Lee, who responded to the incident early March 21, said that Wyatt told him at the scene that he saw the devil in Powell’s face and that “‘Satan was in that dude.’” He allegedly cut an 18-inch hole in Powell’s chest, removed his heart, cut his tongue off and removed a majority of Powell’s face.

Especially for a roided up MMA *******. You gotta be in a good place to do anything psychedelic and "in a good place" describes virtually no one in MMA. You probably couldn't pick a worse group of people to give mind-altering substances to. Well, except for pot. Pot would probably solve a lot of the issues.

The only known photo of Ricky Spencer, Byfuglien's daddy.

It was good to hear that Dustin finally got his GED this year (at age 25)

Yep, it's very good -- I know I'd have gone bat**** crazy being off that long.

He's working in Kitchener-Waterloo for 3 weeks I think? I should pop over and see him, but I have no idea who to look for! LOL

A horse named The Cognac Kid paid $210.00 on a $2 bet in New Jersey.

Only if I knew.

Charlie, I need a glass for consoling purposes.
