As much as Kovy looked like crap, that was weak from Beauchemin.

He got owned because Beauchemin is one tough mofo. Props to Beau for taking his helmet off and after kovy turtles for sure stops throwing punches.

Still scoring in every pre-season game. Toronto has pretty much iced their lineup for the regular season while other teams still have to decide between who to cut and who to keep.

This is a much more WTF ? fight

Weird... I placed by mistake the "facebook" link and replaced it by the "enbeded" link to fix it as it appears in the second post... but I can't see it in the first post. Anyway, I guess you guys will understand what I mean, and since the video features 2 former Habs players, this video won't be moved.

Good to see him have some fire in him, even if he did get pounded.

The panel at the end where they examine his past fights reminded me of one of my favorite Hab moments of the last decade... and honestly, the reason why I think Hab fans were so in love with Kovalev:

I still watch this once or twice a season =)

I love Harry Neale LAUGHING after this... we may whine about CBC being homers, but that was the best part, I think.

Point is they were able to get convince guys like Anisimov, Grachev and Valentenko,or even Tyutin in 2001 to name a few, to play in North American even if they didn't necessarily had a spot for any of them in the NHL in their respective time (and still doesn't have it for Grachev) and not even sure for Valentenko who,s fighting with 4 guys for 1 spot left.

We haven't had the same kind of pleasure to convince Korneev to come, or Emelin, or Buturlin or weren't able to convince Perezhogin to stay (even if he still had a spot in our team) or Valentenko or not able to even see Trunev at one of our camp.....

I lol'd

Seriously, though. Beauchemin is a lot tougher than people think he is.

I'd still take him over Spacek.

From what I heard Toronto could do anything they want and if a sens touched a leaf they got a penalty. However, this should jump start their rivalry, which is good for anyone who looks fisticuffs, brawls, big hits and goals.
