I'm starting to really dislike Versteeg. What was he complaining about at the end there? You got hit as the horn sounded, you'd do the same.

Not a bad period. We need more consistent time in the offensive zone. Otherwise, we're doing many things well, but need to step it up.

As CG pointed out, his elbow is attached to his arm and his arm definitely touched Bolland.

Decent Period, but we need to get more shots on net.

that was not a good last 10 minutes. Gotta stop trying to force things in the offensive zone when we get it down there and put the puck on net.
3 shots in the first is unnacceptable.

Our first PP was off a weak call anyway. so I am not shocked on that 2nd weak call.

I like the way the period started more than the way it ended.

Well, Flyers would have had more shots but they were constantly trying to go high on Niemi, which led to some posts and wide shots.

Much tighter defensively, Bartulis looked solid, Carbomb with mixed results, good PK, good period turned in by all defensemen, but too little forechecking.

Wow those calls were total *********. Total reputation call on Carcillo, the Betts hit was textbook defense and Richards elbow didn't even come near his face. Somehow I knew that was coming.

Good effort despite that.

No, Richie got him good along the boards at the BH bench, it was way before they blew the play dead. It was a good elbow.

I'm guessing Carcillo got the penalty for embelisshing the punch to the face?

God forbid, does Emerick have to have an orgasm every time a BH carries the puck into our zone?? He's way over the top. The Gus Johnson of hockey.

That Betts call was terrible. So apparently your not allowed to knock the opposition down to the ice? His defense was perfect.

The Carcillo call had to be for throwing his head back. He got an unsportsmanlike, but obviously it wasn't for jawing, because he was complaining about a call going against him. Pretty freaking weak.
