OT: pda's and cell phones

since many of us use our pda's or other mobile devices to browse and post on this site, and since i just went through he11 trying to make a move away from my crackberry curve- i need larger screen

i went from bb curve > motorola droid for 2 days> and now to a bb storm 2

the droid is very nice device but you cannot change the font size for txt and emails and that was a deal killer for me with my poor reading vision.

also, the email is not push and it seemed boggy which wont work for me either

what type of handheld device does everyone own and why ?

HTC Desire, because it's currently the best Android phone (a slightly modified Nexus One, but I'm afraid it's not available in the US)

You can change the font (at least for mail) and it has Push mail (only for gmail though)

Motorola Droid for business and pleasure. Btw, anyone know some good apps for the droid when it comes to all things Sports and Rangers?

i wanted to love the moto droid. and i could have but.....

the lack of scalable font made it a deal killer. just cannot see the txt and emails. and lack of push email was the final straw.

otherwise, nice device.

the droid incredible is even better without the slideout board. the processor on that baby is wicked fast and thats going to be a huge seller for vz.

oh well, im going to have to love my s2 until vz gets the iphone

Early next week apple is unveiling a new iphone... Maybe they'll make mention of what's going on with Verizon...

HTC Evo because Sprint's plans blow Verizon out of the water and Android craps all over the iPhone os.
