Ugh, last night I had about four different dreams about the Flyers losing. Here's hoping that my subconscious was just trying to set me up for a big surprise tonight! Let's Go Flyers!!!

(I have to spend the afternoon helping friends move, and then we'll watch the game at their place, so I don't look for me online.) But hopefully we'll still be talking Flyers hockey come tomorrow morning!!!!!

edit: Should this end up being the final GDT of the season, I just want to express my thanks to you, MSE. Your GDTs are far and away the best on the boards and we all appreciate your dedication if keeping them up to date..... should there be one more GDT, please copy and paste the appreciation to Friday's GDT.
This. I don't always specifically say thanks for the GDT and I sort of take them for granted, but they're a treasure. Thank you, MSE!

The Flyers are like Jason Voorhees, just when you think you've killed them off, surprise; snowblower to the face

Thank you MSE -- fantastic job as usual.

If we've learned nothing else from this team, we know there is no quit in them. I want to see a team game, relentless forechecking, smart play, and Elmo and NPH around 11:00.

LET'S GO FLYERS!!

I'm not nervous at all (yet we'll see if that changes come game time). This is by far the best season I've ever experienced as a fan and nothing can take that away, not even losing in the SCF. And I'm in no way throwing in the towel, I want them to finish this hoising the Cup over their heads. Just saying. It is what it is.

Of course, it'd be a nice gift to the Flyers fans if you don't lose it in Philly and force a Game 7

It still boggles my mind that this team squeaked into the playoffs because of a Shootout win against the Rags.

After Game 5's horrid first period, play was fairly even. Goals were even, and one of the CHI goals was an empty netter. Niemi looked shaky. Can we get to him early? If so, pencil this in the win column!

For us this game will be about defense and goaltending. An early lead would be nice, but in the series we've only been shut down once (Game 2). In each of the other games, we've scored plenty of goals (averaged 4.5/game), that won't be an issue.

As if Chris Pronger will rebound from a game that exposed him as the fraud that everyone in Chicago thought he was.

No surprise that his last name came from the same exact town they practice in.

And as far as Chrissy Pronger is concerned, just think of this

Victory will be ours tonight!

Lets go Flyers! This is just part one of the game of your lives!

Please win Flyers! Thank you!

I just noticed that my office vending machine has the Lance grilled cheese crackers. I might get some later today to help the cause.

They will win.

There's not way they're going to let Gary Bettman strut out on to our ice, with who knows what being thrown at him, and hand the Cup to someone else.

I was in the Drive through at Tim Hortons this morning and as I got to the window to pay, girl says " The girl in front of you paid for your coffee and had a message for you ,, GO FLYERS !!!!!!!!!! " I was fist pumping as I drove away and chased her down to give her the thumbs up. I have Flyers dice so that is how she knew
