Wow, I count at least 3 turn downs of fights so far by lightning players, its really heating up. One of these times they are bound to go.

Man, Tampa Bay sure is a lot of fun to watch... Philly is pretty entertaining too.

This series is awesome. Probably the best two teams in the NHL.

Well, it's typical. The Flyers play tenative until they are down 2-0.

It probably doesn't matter though, Tampa brought their "A" game.

Philly can bring their "A" game all they want but no matter what they still have a "B" goalie.

For Christ's Sake, Don't start. Esche has been a huge surprise this season and postseason.

Esche has been brilliant. Bulin has been too. This series, no matter who wins, the players or coaches can't be blamed for the loss. It will be won by the better team, whether it is the Lightning or the Flyers that go on to the finals.

It easily shows the level of goalie Philly has throughout the playoffs. The farther Philyl ahs gone, the harder the teams they have played and THE WORSE Esche stats have gone. The higher the competition, the worse Esche has done.

Esche hasn't played like a "B" goalie in the playoffs.I think he's been pretty good.

He's been watching the Food Network, so how would he know?

Wow, nice save on that cross crease pass. Pretty good for a "B" goalie.

I would think the same would be true for most goalies. Look at Khabibulin's stats for this series, they aren't even close to the prior series.

Esche has outplayed Brodeur and Belfour. Doesn't that count for anything?

No he hasn't. Philly as a team outplayed the other teams. Esche did not stand on his head and win those games to get Philly to where they are now.
