Is he going to the KHL? I haven't heard anything about him in some time.

He played really good in his 17 games with the Thrashers and looked comfortable. I'd like to see him remain in the NHL.

Doubt he goes back, plays too much of a physical North American style game to go back to the KHL IMO. Someone will overpay as well which always helps.

I thought I read somewhere that he's going to the KHL. I wouldn't mind re-signing him but I'm not really willing to give up the 6th round pick.

I haven't heard anything yet but I remember reading an article earlier this past season that sounded like he was strongly considering leaving for the KHL after this season if he didn't find a more permanent role, which sounded like he wants a longer deal then the 1 year deals he's been getting. I think he's gone personally, but talk about a guy with huge potential. Extremely fast, great hitter, and decent hands. He just was never consistent enough to earn a full time spot. He showed glimpses of what he could be but would just not show up for stretches of games which doesn't fly with Carlyle. I loved him on our 4th line but he's just a tad bit better than Mike Brown but was paid nearly twice as much. He also took too many dumb penalties.

He had 4th line minutes with us in his 17 games and looked very good, scoring 5 goals. He was super quick, and played smart.

The knock on him when he came to Atlanta was the talk of how he plays stupid and takes dumb penalties. It didn't happen with us. Good sign for him?

He should stay in the NHL, I may be the only one who thinks this but I think he has top six potential...he's so ****ing fast and he has a pretty nice shot, he's also big and physical, I think he could be a good 15-20 PF type player if given the opportunity with top six minutes...I really liked what I saw from him.

That goal was an absolute beauty

Montréal needs a guy like him. Besides, what'.s Montréal without that russian who causes some internal problems ? Plus the man can skate. Let him do whatever he wants. If our pk is just as great, we can live with his dumb dumb penalties.

In the KHL he'll kill people.

I think he has the skills and ability to be quite a good player, but I don't think he has the work ethic and he doesn't seem to have a lot of hockey sense. His speed and strength is unreal.

I didn't know Seidenberg could fly.

I'd love him on the Islanders. He's enormous, which is something we don't have anywhere on our roster since Sutton left.

I like his style of play and would probably give him 1.2 mil max, and a 1 year deal.

Are u serious? 1.2?!? For a 4th line player? He is an excellent 4th liner but he's not earned a cent over 900k, and that's close to overpayment.

Yes he has this potential, which is why teams will take him off other team's hands....However he's a giant meat-head who takes dumb penalties. He may go end to end and be briliant one game but he'll cost your team some PK goals over the next 5.

maybe I've just seen the best of him, but from what I've seen it looks like he's better than that.

for whatever reason I'v always been a fan of his. doesn't sound like the type of guy the Canucks would acquire, but I really think we need more size. may not be the best fit though

If he was willing to sign for 1 mill or less I wouldn't mind the canucks signing him to a 2-3 year deal.

I guess all he needs is discipline and some coaching. He has great speed and strength. I'd sign him for cheap if he wishes to stay in the NHL.

He is a perfect flyer at the moment. I would sign him up to replace Asham. The guy would look perfect on a line with JVR and Giroux, creating space and causing havok in the middle of the net. The fact that he goes on streaks would pretty much fit in with every other flyer to lol

Imagine teams top lines going up against a Penguins third line of Tangradi, Staal, Artyukhin.
