Lars Eller Compilation

Hi guys!

I think that we made a good trade and we received to good young prospects. I just want to know if there's anybody here on this board that can make an highlight video for both of them with their goals, assists, hits, fights. Just to give us a better view of them...!

I don't know if someone will do that, but Thanks anyway!

Lars Eller Compilation

Since there aren't that many highlights of him this easily attainable I figured I just make this a thread.

Notice how his goals seem to work in any league. I think he'll be able to translate his game pretty easily to the NHL level. The only thing I question is his upside. He's probably close to a guaranteed 3rd/2nd liner in the future, but can he take his game to the next level (ie. 1st line)?

Here's my Schultz one:

The kid looks to have some good hands, isn't afraid to go in front of the net and go to the net.

Nice play with the Metallica music, another Lars.

Good hands, goes to the net...good hockey vision...but the NHL is a whole other beast.

I was already psyched to see Eller in Montreal, so this video is a definite pump up, thanks!

Love the combination of size, speed, and great hands. But let's be patient with him. He just finished his first season in North America.

I see him turning into a surefire second line forward. But can't wait for training camp!

Excellent! I loved everyone of those goals....going to the net is certainly not an issue for him. He has good moves and great explosive kind of speed.....cant want to see how this will translate into the NHL.......thanks for sharing this...

Thanks for the video. He goes in traffic and finds loose pucks around the net. I like it.

One thing I loved seeing in that video was his willingness to go to the net.

Other then that, some good hands but some conditioning is needed on his finish if he wants to be a top line guy. I saw some great stick work that would have ended in a beauty goal, but the puck would just miss the net.

Great job, Watsatheo!

(you didn't have any Manilow to go with this? Kidding.)

I remember seeing this kid play live for Peoria. Came away from the game thinking he would make an ideal #2 centre for any team in the league. Can't wait to see him and Kadri line up across from each other very soon. You got a good one!

awesome ! Lars seems to be always well positioned to receive a pass and score. He has a great shot, especially his slappers (they are accurate too) and he describes him as a playmaker ! Also, he was close to the net at the first goals. I can't wait to see him in a Habs jersey.

Seriously, what's not to like about his game? And considering he put up0 better numbers than Alfreddsson at a younger age on the same team in Sweden, has me thinking he has the upside to be a PPG type player...
