Who's your best bet

I'm buying a cats jersey in the next few days and trying to decide who the best bet for the player on the back?

is Booth really untouchable i like him but not too crazy about the number 10.

How about Keith Ballard, what is his contract situation and how likley is he to be moved?

I'm not big on the cats but always loved the road whites.

I wouldn't get a Ballard jersey just yet. I would get Weiss or Kulikov. I have an old white Bouw one. From before the lockout, those were sweet.

Frolik is a good bet.

Markstrom might be, but i don't know if you can get him on there...

I doubt Weiss is moving, and i like him even more now that he's said he wants to stay here..

Weiss seems like a good pick too.

Sucks to hear that ballard might be shopped. I always enjoyed his play the game i watch (mostly when you play the pens) enjoyed it a little too much. bitter sweet i guess.

he's the equilivent to our Brooks Orpik. but with a heafty cap hit he might get unloaded.

Any idea if Kreps is going to resign. also a big fan of him.

So you don't really like the Panthers but you would buy and wear a jersey? Interesting.

Kreps already signed in the SEL I think it was. Or maybe KHL. We weren't going to bring him back anyways.

I will buy one too, when I'll go to NY this fall. Not sure who I will pick. Wanted Horton, but that kind of died today.

I collect hockey sweaters. Florida is one of the very few teams left unrepresented in my collection.

theres a company in canada liquidating their stock for this season because they have a contract with rbk to buy so many units at the start of the season.

they're selling premier jerseys much below cost.
www.rivercitysports.com

based out of winnipeg so it might take you guys a little while to get em but they do stellar cresting work.

Thats too bad about kreps. he seemd a tad inconsistent tho.

I've got way to many jerseys with the number 10. mostly cause of my childhood idolization of Ron Francis. I've got nearly every jersey he's worn in the NHL

so kulikov is that good eh? he never really facinated me but i've only watched a dozen games featuring the panthers this year.

Like i said if his future was on solid ground there i'd go with ballard. what a beast.

How about McCabe how are you guys liking him?

Kulikov's going to be a good one. Caber's alright, but he's likely gone after this year when his contract is up.

Kulikov is the future. I like Ballard as well, he's another good two way d-man. Weiss and Booth are the only forwards jerseys I'd get... ATM anyway heh.

The way players come and go with our team, your best bet is to put your own name on the back.

Kulikov is probably the safest bet. He should be with us for a while.

Like other have said, I think Kulikov is the safest bet. He said in an interview that he loved playing in Florida. Pre-concussion I would have said Booth, but I could see him getting traded down the road if that continues.

Weiss will be the next Panthers' "star" that gets traded and made a scapegoat before the draft. I'm calling it for next year now.

Best store in Canada to find Panther stuff. Calgary doesn't have one to my knowledge, but I went to the one in Regina and was impressed. Sportschek has nothing and Jersey City has the occasional jersey but nothing else.

Hockey Life has every jersey for every team, but they lack in hats and stuff for the obscure teams. Hockey Life is the best pure hockey store though, huge selection of equipment.

Not quite. Maybe if he said he wanted our alternative jerseys... THEN I'd believe it was a joke

Ahh, OK that explains things I'd go with Kulikov like the other guys say, OR Vokoun, Ballard, Booth, and Weiss. Vokoun might be gone soon but he is still a star. I have a feeling Weiss is our next captain if he sticks around.
