I made the trek down 2 years ago for my first game. Someone had a Rinaldo jersey. I think that says enough...

My fiancé is a huge Flyers fan and any time we are games down there we look for "that guy" in the Philadelphia Quakers jersey that everyone thought would be the winter classic jersey a few years back. She thinks they are kind of ugly but we both can't figure out why someone would wear a jersey that was never worn by the team.

Since the game -- all losses until 2015 when I was in the stands.

Amonte was part of the 03-04 team. He deserves to have his name worn by Philly fans.

I never saw this in person but this used to be one of my favorite jerseys back when the Leafs were one of our bigger rivals.

I saw a Clifford number 13 jersey being made last year. It was against the Blackhawks. When I asked if that was his name. He replied with and I quote "well Kyle Clifford is my favorite player so I hope the kings trade him to the flyers" so that's that.

They weren't Flyers jerseys, but once at a Flyers vs Capitals game I saw a group of guys with a Sabres Miller, Hurricanes Vasicek, and Mighty Ducks something or other

It was really odd

That takes the cake. I'd be surprised if Clifford was the favorite player of a single Kings fan, let alone a Flyers fan. People are so weird.

This may even be dumber than the one I just posted. Why oh god why?

Even after outgrowing this stupid joke, waste of money. You're putting Pens names on a Flyers jersey. Sacrilege.

Hawerchuk was on the 97 team that actually went to the finals you don't see those walking around. I just think its weird seeing jerseys like that of guys that were only here for a season and weren't really a big part of the team.

I've seen quite a few of those abominations the last couple of seasons. Why anyone would want to be seen in public wearing one is beyond me...

A little off topic ....many many years ago (maybe late 90's) I saw two Maple Leaf tool bag fans at the 94th Aerosquadron in NE Philly donning their Leaf Jerseys...can't remember the players on the back...probably Sundin. The issue was not so much wearing Leaf Jerseys to a club (although pretty Toolish in its own right) but that the Jerseys were tucked into their jeans like they were formal wear I remember one of my friends saying "well at least they decided to dress up."

I've seen that fashion no no at Flyers games among some of the fans. Not sure what would make a person think to tuck in a jersey like a dress shirt....

Quite frankly, I don't understand the tucking in of shirts unless you're trying to dress up. The dad look of tucking t-shirts into jeans or shorts is ridiculous. Untuck!

Yeah tucking is kind of dadish anymore.....but obviously in a business or formal environment like with dress shirts it's the standard. Polo shirts at the office during business casual days kind of have to be tucked depending where you work. In general though...people don't tuck in polo shirts anymore. Obviously popping collars is pretty ridik IMO among the younger crowd. Then you have the European types with their boat shoes who still put a sweater around their neck ...also pretty ridik...not to mention pretentious.
