The End Of An Era

Quote:
While I don't have 100% confirmation, it appears all but certain that the Kings have lost a legend.

He came to Los Angeles not just as a talent but a marvel of the ages.

In fact, one could advocate and it would be difficult to argue against that he did not come to us but that we went to him. Went to him because we needed him. Went to him because every NHL team needs someone like him...except there are no others. There is only one.

That was my first thought, turned out to be a waste of space.

That is the first time I've been goaded into visiting your site... Touche. (no offense, but I really don't like people whoring their sites when they can just post their stuff here so I've opted to not visit..)

First, we probably only link about a third (if that) of our articles here anymore. Hardly call that "whoring".

Second, no offense taken. It's a free country...if only for a little longer.

I want to congratulate everyone on not talking about what's in the goddamned article up to this point. Now I actually have to click the mother ****ing link to see what it is.

Now curiousity is getting to me. Jfont had just closed this thread citing link whoring and now it is open again. Does Zad have some sort of "agreement" with HF/Crave enabling him to circumvent the rules? Or have I asked too many questions and my life is now in danger?

the latter.

Actually, lakingsnews.com is an HF Boards Partner. Not everyone considers us "******" I suppose.

Heh. I have a bit of party spoiler (what I was going to say doesn't sound right) in my attitude right now.

I mean it in the most loving way, possible.

Don't get me wrong, I find you an informative poster and all but I don't really care to be a passive reader of other individuals blogs when we can just as well banter back and forth here. I wouldn't mind linking so much if you at least gave a synopsis of your article here as opposed to forcing us to view your site to see what in the hell you are talking about. That - I'm afraid - borders on whorish tendecies..

Moreover, I'd like to add that I am not attempting to single your stuff out, as - for me - this applies to 99% of all blogs out there and the vast majority of "legitimate media", too. I prefer my news to be dynamic and two-way, not passive and one-way.

I kind of thought that maybe those twin brothers who get 20-30 mins of face time per home game had given up their season tickets............

I don't know about anyone else, but I've moved on to Maxim "I Score Goals" Kitsyn.

He's the true savior of the Kings!

The Klan line??? I would reconsider putting those guys together - to many bad jokes and predictable bad behavior from opposing fans.
